Purple Technology creates app for investment brokers and financial services firms to complement online trading platforms, enabling tens of thousands of traders worldwide to manage over $1B USD assets every month. Filip Pyrek - Serverless Architect, and Jan Červinka - Director of Engineering at Purple-Technology share their journey starting at 25:14.

Purple started using Serverless Framework in 2017, and converted their largest app in 2019. As they grew, they used DynamoDB as their backend and started utilization more advanced serverless capability like step-functions. Step-functions powers the core of their business and is well-suited to their stateful business processes.
